Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one."

Meg Whitman gets my vote for

governor thanks to Gloria Allred's

disillusioned (as Greta Van Sustern

points out) attempts to interfere

with Whitman's run for governor.

Meg Whitman Now has My Vote Thanks to Gloria Allred

‘Poor Nicky’ Doesn't Cut it Chanel Notes

It is a sickening and tedious thing; illegal aliens using United States citizens’ social security numbers to take jobs away from us, yet no one seems to think illegal aliens are victimizing others.

What do you think would happen if you stole someone’s identity, lied to an employment firm, and when you were hired by your new employer signed contracts using a fake identity?  Do you think Allred would represent you and have you cry on national TV about it? Hmmm....don’t think so.

For example, Gloria Allred and her promotion of ‘Poor Nicky,’ who worked nine years for $23 an hour and was so put-upon by Meg Whitman.  My question: why does ‘Poor Nicky’ have rights in our country when she doesn’t have a green card or citizenship?  Why is ‘Poor Nicky’ being represented by a high-priced attorney when she took a good paying job away from a citizen?  Why is ‘Poor Nicky’ not facing charges?  Why is ‘Poor Nicky’ not out on bail for these charges?

Gloria Allred brought a suit

that was decided it had no

merit against Arnold before

the elections in Schwartz-

enegger's first run.

Why is this Being Tried in the Media?

It is so gross because most of the TV channels endlessly show Allred hugging ‘Poor Nicky’
(Allred’s referral to her), while ‘Poor Nicky’ is crying about her shoddy treatment.  Yet, ‘Poor Nicky’ victimized many people: her employers, the firm who screened her for their employment agency, the person she stole the social security number from, and United States citizens’ by coming into our country without going through the proper channels, and again US citizens’ who would have liked to have held a job like this.

And, shockingly, for about 15 minutes CBS KPIX Channel 5 in the Bay Area on a noon broadcast showed Allred with her evidence of Whitman’s supposed wrong doing.  It was shocking because the TV channel let the media try this, instead of the courts.

Whitman’s husband, Dr. Griff Harsh, wrote a note to ‘Poor Nicky’ to check into a letter stating ‘Poor Nicky’s’ social security number didn’t match the name. ‘Poor Nicky’ didn’t check on it as instructed by her employer, because seven years later ‘Poor Nicky’ gave this letter to Allred. What a kick in the pants for the people who paid her a good wage for nine years.

This is supposed to show us Whitman, who paid social security taxes for ‘Poor Nicky’ a total of nine years, knew that ‘Poor Nicky’ is in the US illegally.  How many times have you done something your husband knows nothing about or vice-versa? Things get busy and it’s easy to forget to mention things.  Do you think this could happen to a busy doctor and a busy executive with children?

Why Would Whitman Get My Vote Now?

Previously, wasn’t going to vote for Whitman or the lifetime politician Jerry Brown, instead was going to vote for one of the lesser known people running for governor.  But, if this is all the dirt that can be dug up on Whitman after digging through her dirty laundry for over a year, then Whitman has my vote.

This vote is in abhorrence of the last minute dirty charades imposed on us to change our minds—instead of bringing these things out when they happen.  This vote is a vote saying I am not so stupid as to fall for these weak antics, this is a vote saying, how dare you cheapen our system by doing silly crap like this, and it is a vote saying—illegal is illegal is illegal—you can’t get around it no matter how much you want us to ignore illegal aliens taking our jobs and our IDs.

After all, if Allred sees what happened to ‘Poor Nikky’ as such of an injustice why wasn't it brought to light in June of 2009, instead of the end of Sept. 2010?

It seems Whitman could sue the company she hired the illegal alien from, as well as the illegal alien for breaching her safety and security.  And, perhaps Whitman can sue Allred for slander, as Allred publicly states Whitman is a liar and a hypocrite for knowingly having had a person who is in the US illegally under her employment.

San Francisco Chronicle Says Employers Can be Sued for Discrimination

Allred is representing ‘Poor Nikky’ as a victim even though the law does not protect employers from asking if an employee if they are legal.  Does the high-priced attorney, Allred, not know this law?  This is an excerpt from The San Francisco Chronicle:

Lawyers said an employer's obligation upon receiving a no-match letter from the Social Security Administration is to check their own records for typographical or other errors, inform the employee that the records do not match and tell the employee to correct them.

"There is no additional legal obligation for an employer to follow up or respond to SSA with new information," said Gening Liao, a labor and employment attorney at the National Immigration Law Center in Los Angeles, which defends immigrants.

Today, I feel like Dr. Mark Levine, the author and radio host, and want to say, “Get the hell out of here, you crook.”
