Warranty Information for The Men’s Jewelry Store

Wenger® 3-Year Limited Watch Warranty

Wenger is proud to stand by our quality Swiss craftsmanship with a 3-Year Limited Warranty. This Wenger watch is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. 3-Year Limited Warranty also includes all components and craftsmanship of the Swiss movement and watchcase.

We’ll repair or at our option, replace any defective Wenger watch with the same or comparable model. We’ll refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not commercially possible. The warranty will become null and void if the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than an authorized dealer.

The warranty isn’t extended to the watch strap, bracelet, finish, crystal or battery. The warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential or special damage arising from any or all uses of the Wenger watch. Wenger watches must be repaired by an authorized dealer or the warranty is void. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental, consequential or special damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

Wenger® Limited Lifetime Knife Warranty

All Wenger® Genuine Swiss Army Knife™, purchased in the U.S.A. and it s territories and possessions, are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser, against breakage or malfunction, under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship.

We will repair or, at our option, replace any defective knife with the same or a comparable model. We will refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion.

This warranty will become null and void if the knife is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart. It also does not cover any ornamentation, imprint or inlay applied to the knife. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any and all uses of the knife. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Contemporary Metals Warranty

Titanium, Dura Tungsten™, Stainless Steel or Ceramic Couture™ Warranty

For up to 30 days from date of invoice, return if you are not satisfied for any reason.

For up to 90 days from date of invoice. We will repair/replace our jewelry at no charge.

Ceramic Couture™ Watches

One year warranty for parts and labor on Ceramic Couture watches. Parts include movement, crown, crystal, links, or chips on links.

Lifetime Guarantee against Breaking

If you should see a single scratch on your watch, send it back immediately for a new watch.
