From the moment you arrive at Wynn Las Vegas you know you are in for a first class stay.  It starts with the valet, who immediately meets you at your vehicle, next the bell, who carefully tends the bags, next the doorman who with a smile welcomes you as you slip inside.  Upon entering the hotel you are yet, again greeted by another member of the staff who directs you to registration.  After an expedient registration, you are off to your lovely room.

My room was on the 52nd floor with a panoramic view of the mountains, the golf course, and overlooking the beautiful Encore pool grounds; Wynn’s newest edition. Immediately the room was impressive with luxurious touches and the overall romantic feel of the room.  The rooms are classically decorated with an Asian touch and Andy Warhol paintings, exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets, plus a beautiful bathroom, which features an oversize soaking tub that two can share quite comfortably.  Share it with your sweetheart with candles, champagne, and bubble bath.

There is a 42 inch flat screen television and a smaller TV in the bathroom.  The lights and curtains are on an electronic system.  Just touch a button and your bright room is transformed into a comfortable cozy retreat.  And, the best part, you can be like James Bond and control the drapes from the bed.  In the evening a little fairy slips into the room, fluffs the pillows, turns down the comforter and leaves a sweet treat of Belgium chocolates for you to enjoy.

There are numerous gourmet restaurants run by the world’s finest chefs.  There are also a number of cafés and each has a different ambiance.  For buffet lovers, Wynn hosts the best buffet I have ever experienced. The food is carefully prepared with beautiful and exotic selections–all fresh and delicious.  The dinner menu features fabulous fish, sushi, mouth watering crab legs, succulent red shrimp, and perfectly roasted prime rib.  There is an abundance of unique salads and a wonderful desert bar with homemade ice-cream and crème brule. All this equates to an outstanding meal with something for everyone.

If you enjoy the night life, Blush is a popular boutique-style nightclub located beside the casino. Or, if your are in the mood for something romantic, you can have dinner by a huge waterfall and Dream Lake or a leisurely walk through the gardens surrounding the pool area.  Or stroll along the esplanade where you can delight in the offerings of celebrated shops and boutiques.  Then there is an incredible date opportunity with VIP Indulgence package for Le Reve; an outstanding Cirque style show featuring magnificent water performances at the illustrious Wynn Theater.

If pampering sounds enticing check out the plentiful spa services, soak in the whirlpool, take a dip in the pool or just bathe in the sun. And then, there is the grand casino, which is beautiful, too.

The most impressive thing about The Wynn Hotel is the staff.  They go an extra mile to make sure each person has the best experience possible when visiting their hotel.  And, they feel it is their hotel and you are their guest.  Anyone there will tell you Mr. Wynn himself stops in regularly to check on the staff to see they are well.  They also share how kind Wynn is and how wonderful he is to work for. This is what makes this hotel unique and first class.
